    Peabody Research Spotlight Series

    2021-22

The Peabody Research Spotlight (PRS) series is designed to showcase research conducted by faculty and PhD students at Peabody College, and to facilitate and strengthen interdisciplinary collaborations. The series is open to prospective Peabody PhD students as well. Given the uncertainly with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the PRS will continue to be held virtually. The next PRS session will be held on Tuesday, November 16 from 4-5pm CST and advanced registration is required.

The session will feature research labs across all 5 Peabody departments. Each faculty member will provide a brief overview (5-7 minute) of the work conducted in their research lab. This session is intended to encourage within and across departmental collaborations, as well as to provide prospective PhD students with an overview of the exciting research conducted at Peabody. Each presentation will be followed by a facilitated, brief Q&A period.

    • Community Research and Action: Dr. Yolanda McDonald
